Xai a la Brasa (Grilled Lamb)

 


Ingredients:

  • 1kg lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the marinade over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness and desired doneness.
  4. Serve the lamb chops with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
