Ingredients:
- 1kg lamb chops
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the marinade over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan. Cook the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness and desired doneness.
- Serve the lamb chops with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
