Ingredients:
- 4 slices of rustic bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp.
- Rub each slice with the garlic clove.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the cut side of the tomato on the bread, squeezing slightly to release the juice.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve as an appetizer or snack.
