Pa Amb Tomàquet (Bread with Tomato)

 


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Rub each slice with the garlic clove.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the cut side of the tomato on the bread, squeezing slightly to release the juice.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Serve as an appetizer or snack.
