Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef or lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients: Combine ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the meatballs: Shape the mixture into small balls.
