Ingredients:
- 12 sheets of lasagna pasta (or pre-made cannelloni tubes)
- 400g ground beef and pork mixture
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200ml tomato sauce
- 100g grated cheese (such as Parmesan or Manchego)
- 1/2 cup béchamel sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Boil the pasta sheets according to package instructions or use pre-made cannelloni tubes.
- Fill each pasta sheet with the meat mixture and roll them up to form cannelloni. Place them in a baking dish.
- Pour béchamel sauce over the cannelloni (optional) and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
